The Scranton Abingtons Planning Association's (SAPA) Comprehensive Planning Team is currently preparing a draft Comprehensive Plan based on data collection and research as well as ideas provided by residents and stakeholders for the area's future. The Comprehensive Plan will provide a framework for future growth and development, open space conservation and environmental resource protection.

Public views, attitudes, and opinions are essential to the planning process.

We are currently collecting data from the Scranton-Abingtons area, and are interested in adding your experiences and perspectives to the Comprehensive Plan. Throughout the planning process, you will have many opportunities to learn more about the SAPA Comprehensive Plan, and help shape the Plan’s priorities for the future of your community and the region.
